Our Process

We start by assessing the scene to identify hazards and develop an action plan, and we isolate the work area from other parts of the home or business to prevent cross-contamination. We then remove all contaminated items from the area, disinfecting those that can be salvaged, and we clear the scene of all visible traces of blood, bodily fluids, and other biological materials.
Next, we use hospital-grade disinfectants to clean and disinfect all contaminated surfaces, continuously testing for the presence of biohazards to make sure nothing is missed. Where necessary, final steps may include odor removal, sealing of porous surfaces such as wood framing and subfloors, and other measures as necessary.
Throughout the mitigation process, we follow OSHA guidelines concerning bloodborne pathogens, personal protective equipment (PPE), and infectious waste disposal.
